Our team
Stenger GmbH now employs 40 people, including four trainees and four employees with disabilities who have been with the company for more than ten years.
In-house training has always played a major role in the company. More than 160 trainees have been able to complete their apprenticeship here since 1970, both men and women. We were one of the first training companies in Hesse at the time, assisting young women who were interested in gardening and landscaping to obtain a highly qualified professional qualification.
In 1984, we received an award from Federal President Richard von Waitzsäcker for “exemplary performance in the vocational training of young people”. Disabled employees are also welcome and fully integrated at Stenger.
Social responsibility has always been an integral part of the Stenger corporate culture and is taken for granted.
